For the fourth year now, Bridgewater PBA along
with Wegmans Food Store,
gave 25 less fortunate Bridgewater families a full Thanksgiving meal with
dessert.
The program starts
with the Bridgewater Twp. Police School Resource Officers. Together with
school officials, they select 25 less fortunate families. The names of
the selected families are kept confidential. The PBA provides funding for
20 Thanksgiving meal vouchers.
Wegmans Food Store, (in
Bridgewater), provides an additional 5 meal vouchers plus donation of
twenty five desserts. The families are then provided with the vouchers,
which they are able to redeem at
Wegmans .
